Welcome to Your Healing Journey

I am a writer, poet, healer, social worker, and advocate. As a current cycle breaker I fight for voice and power redistribution. I’m a radical abolitionist who is queer, gender nonconforming, Black, neurodivergent, and disabled.

I want to start by saying welcome! You are here because you are meant to be so. I am a former mental health therapist turned healing justice and wellness coach, and a former student of western medicine who has decided to return home to community.

I first learned to listen and uplift voices as a child. I am the 7th generation born of Kansas, descended from a long line of black spiritual, religious, activist, educator, advocating folx. I am a community worker who has taken on the work of cycle breaking, truth speaking, self honoring, trauma healing, balance seeking, and grounding in our innate voice and wisdom. I am here to help you navigate obstacles, barriers, oppression, hopelessness, fear, doubt, and so much more. I come with tools to help you move your healing journey forward from the space that traditional therapy left you. I am here to guide you to thriving in your power.

For those who want traditional labels, I have ADHD and am in recovery from depression, anxiety, and complex trauma. I am a reflection of the identities and experiences of community. I am also familiar working with and helping folx like this and me thrive. Now, let’s take this next step together.
