I have eight years of professional facilitation experience and have engaged in public speaking for over a decade! I have received training in teaching, training staff and educators, and facilitation. I enjoy facilitating workshops and offering trainings to organizations in need. My experience ranges from training staff on facilitation, supporting students in K-12, voter education, program design, community voice, ageism and adultism, mental health and wellness, race and equity, gender and sexual orientation, criminal injustice, and more!

I have eight years of curriculum and workshop experience! I have come a long way from the teacher and classroom trainings I designed as a young educator and am excited to help organizations and community groups design amazing workshops, curriculum, and programs. As a social worker I have extensive training in designing curriculum that is specific and measurable. I have created numerous workshops for groups in King County government and local nonprofits such as Lavender Rights Project and Soar. I have also successfully re-designed and launched multiple long-term community programs!
Public Engagement

I have moderated panels and served as a keynote speaker for Pacific Lutheran University, the Aspen Institute, Schools Out Washington, Youth Development Executives of King County, the Roadmap Project, King County Department of Community and Human Services, and more! I love sharing my learnings and experiences with others and am passionate about social justice issues. As an educator and experienced speaker I believe that I can impact change and leave audience members feeling motivated, inspired, and ready to serve their communities needs.
